The Big Night Out

First of all I would like to thank everyone that turned up on the night to give their support. It was another fantastic night with a great turnout. After a very shaky start when I thought no acts were going to turn up, it all went very well. Again I would like to thank all who took part on the night. Tony lord, Tony Marco, Debbie Daniels, Carolyn, and of course king Godfrey. I know they enjoyed the night, and they said they would love to return next year.
 

A.G.M. 2004

The annual A.G.M. was held at East Bowling Unity Club this year. Not many managed to attend, but we thank those that did.

Charity fund raiser

Our new fund raiser Mr. K Hull Has organised a sponsored bike ride on the 18th July from the Monkey pub in Great Horton Bradford to Skipton and back. There will be a raffle, and he is looking for prizes, and sponsorships. If you can help or could offer prizes please get in touch with Mr. Hull as soon as possible.
 

Summer Outing

This year’s summer outing will be held again at Millstones. Please note the invitation will be Included in this newsletter. Please read it carefully. These must be returned before the 21st June. The outing will be on the 10th July.

Please be ready for the drivers in plenty of time. The meal will be served at 12 noon And will be finished by 4:00pm.
 

Ms nurse

It has been confirmed that we now have an MS nurse in Bradford. Her name is Elizabeth Watson. We are hoping to get her to come to one of our social meetings so that everyone can get to meet her.

Christmas Party

The Christmas party will be held again this year at the Pennington Midland Hotel in Bradford. There will be more details later in the year.
 

Newsletter

A lot of people don’t seem to get the newsletter, this could be because we don’t have your correct address probably due to moving house etc. If this is the case please let us have your address as soon as possible. Remember, we only send out newsletters when we have information that needs to be told. That’s why they are not sent out very often. If you have anything to include in the next issue of the newsletter, please get in touch.

Social evenings are on the second Tuesday of every month from March through to November at the East Bowling Unity Club. Feel free to bring friends and family along. We always have a good night.
